Open To Employment

Data, analytics, and delivery.

I build the systems that turn fragmented operational data into reliable models, useful products, and decisions people can act on.

I’m an EU-based analytics engineer, senior BI developer, and data and analytics consultant with more than 10 years of experience across the full data development lifecycle: requirements discovery, ETL and ELT engineering, analytical modelling, self-service BI deployment, executive reporting, and Agile delivery.

I’m open to permanent roles and selected long-term opportunities in analytics engineering, BI development, data architecture, business analysis, team leadership, and data or AI product development. I’m available for hybrid and fully remote roles, with on-site travel across Europe where useful.

How I Contribute To A Team

♟️

Technical and strategic

I move comfortably between data pipelines, analytical models, reporting products, requirements, and business decisions. I can work hands-on while keeping the wider objective in view.

🔄

Cross-functional by default

I’m used to working with engineers, analysts, managers, executives, MDM teams, and distributed delivery groups. I translate between technical detail and business context without losing either.

🏗️

Structured but pragmatic

I make definitions, assumptions, dependencies, and ownership explicit. I prefer useful structure over process for its own sake and focus on producing something people can adopt.

🌍

International and adaptable

I have delivered across 12 EU countries and worked with multi-country, multi-language, and multi-timezone teams. I adapt quickly to unfamiliar domains and organisational contexts.

Selected Professional Work

01

Analytics Engineer

At Fortum Energy / Markets, I designed and built ETL and ELT pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory, engineered Delta Lake models across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers, and delivered a Power BI reporting solution for operations across three countries.

02

BI Development

At Essity, I supported a unified BI environment for logistics across six countries, aligning data definitions, coordinating with MDM, designing data products, and building Power BI reports and apps for organisation-wide use.

03

Agile delivery and leadership

At Securitas, I worked across business analysis, Scrum Master, and team-lead responsibilities. I ran requirements workshops, managed backlogs, coordinated a distributed team, and supported delivery across 12 EU countries.

04

Migration and architecture

At McDonald’s Nordic, I mapped application dependencies, assessed decommissioning risk, and designed cloud-native solution proposals on Snowflake as the basis for a migration programme.

05

Independent product development

Alongside professional consulting, I build and deploy my own products, including a project-management platform, an offline-first fitness PWA, a multi-currency finance dashboard, and a private local-LLM workspace.
