Three ways I help.

Data Engineering

The Backend Magic

Building and maintaining the invisible systems that make data usable. From source to serving layer — I design and implement the pipelines, models, and infrastructure that reporting and analytics depend on.

Typical deliverables
  • Data pipelines (ELT/ETL) in Azure, Databricks, ADF
  • Data models in dbt or SQL with documented lineage
  • Data quality frameworks and validation layers
  • CI/CD and DevOps for data workflows
  • Data governance frameworks and dictionaries

Analytics & BI

Making Data Actionable

Turning data into decisions. I design and build self-service BI platforms, dashboards, and reporting systems that teams actually use — not just open and close. KPI design, data modelling, and dashboard architecture included.

Typical deliverables
  • Self-service Power BI or Tableau platforms
  • Executive reporting and C-suite dashboards
  • KPI frameworks and metric definitions
  • DAX models and semantic layer design
  • Adoption strategies and BI governance

Advisory & Strategy

Plan, Prepare, Thrive

Strategic guidance for organisations navigating data transformation — whether that's modernising a legacy reporting estate, building internal capability, or designing a governance framework that will actually hold up at scale.

Typical deliverables
  • Data strategy and modernisation roadmaps
  • Reporting maturity assessments
  • Vendor selection and platform evaluation
  • Agile delivery and Scrum coaching
  • Internal capability building and training

Who I work with.

🏢

Mid-to-large enterprises

Organisations with complex reporting estates, multiple data sources, and teams that need a single coherent view. I've delivered across Securitas, Essity, Fortum, and McDonald's Nordic — engagements where scale and cross-country coordination matter.

🚀

Startups building from scratch

Early-stage companies that need analytical foundations built properly from day one — not retrofitted later. If you're making decisions from spreadsheets and gut instinct, I can help you move faster with data.

🔄

Teams in transformation

Organisations migrating from legacy systems, consolidating vendors, or modernising their data stack. I've run cloud migrations, platform evaluations, and Agile delivery coaching across industries.

🌍

Pan-European operations

Multi-country, multi-language, multi-timezone. I've worked across 12 EU countries simultaneously and understand how to design systems and processes that hold up across complex geographic footprints.

How we work.

01

Your Needs

Project-based (full SDLC from ideation to delivery) or ad-hoc gap-fill. We align on scope, stage, and mutual suitability before anything is formalised.

02

Communication

We define reporting cadence and channels upfront in an SLA — balancing your need for visibility with my working autonomy to actually deliver.

03

Pricing

Competitive rate negotiated based on scope, type, and duration. Lower fixed rate for defined projects; higher end for ad-hoc engagements.

04

SLA + Contract

All agreed terms formalised in a clear SLA and contract — scope, pricing, payment terms, work devices. Once signed, we start fast.

05

We deliver.

I become a trusted extension of your team. Proactive communication, documented decisions, and outcomes that actually move the needle.

Indicative Rate

≈ Eqv. in EUR / GBP per hour

For defined-scope, fixed-duration projects I charge a lower overall rate with negotiable payment terms.

Ad-hoc and short-notice engagements are priced at the higher end of the band.

Based in Stockholm. Prefer fully remote but happy to travel on-site across Europe to establish trust and working relationships.
